It’s the little things like breakfast cereal…

… that I like to use to fill up my monthly Subscribe & Save orders so that I get the maximum discount on all of my Amazon items. I’m just calculating, like that.

Usually I go for cereal bundles—4 boxes of my son’s favorite, or a case of Raisin Bran—but with a deal this good, I’ll bite: Right now Amazon has this Barbara’s Organic Cinnamon Crunch Snackimals Cereal available for $3.74, which is of course criminal for a single box of cereal. Sure, it’s organic! Non-GMO! Wheat and dairy free! But still. I’m not paying almost $4 for cereal.

But look, there’s a $1.50 coupon in the middle of the page you can clip, plus you can add it to your Subscribe & Save items (where you’ll save another 20% if you’re part of Amazon Mom and have 5+ S&S items this month). That means I just got my fancy-schmancy organic cereal for $1.50 delivered, which is less than I’d pay for a box of generic Froot Loops at the store. I’ll call that a worthy deal.
