We’ve been in the market for one of these for a while. It turns out that the CLEAROUT code and the free super saver shipping don’t apply to this model, because there is a third party involved. We borrowed this model from our friends a couple of weeks ago and it worked wonders for our carpet, much more than the ones that we have rented in the past. Great deal but I didn’t see the free shipping and the shipping came to over $30. 🙁
I just ordered the alternative that Elizabeth recommended. I’ve been holding onto a $25 “reward certificate” from Amazon for a few weeks now. So I got this one, shipped, for just under $95. Excellent, because I’m running out of furniture to drag around and place over the stains on my rugs.
I was able to purchase it earlier today for $114.99
Dammit! I’m supposed to be saving for a laptop and now you have me all hot for one of these. BUT… having two kids, it’s pretty much a given that I need it a lot more than I need yet another computer. Thanks for the tip!
