Mmmm, cognitive dissonance cereal

I really do not think that the words “fiber one” and “caramel delight” should go together—ever—but I am not the one marketing the cereal.

If you dare, go get some for free.

(I think I’ll be sticking to this granola I made yesterday, but you knock yourself out.)

  1. I never thought I would be saying this but Fiber One is yummy. At least the fiber bars are. I’m on Weight Watchers and they are only two points. Maybe the cereal is good too!

  2. Granola recipe what?

  3. The sufferers of IBS salute you, Mir! Looks like Golden Grahams… I’m drooling already.

  4. I want the recipe for your granola, btw

  5. That Hickory Root stuff is evil!
Could you intro a recipe section in one of these blogs because the granola recipe would be the second one I have made of yours…chicken salsa stuff…is the first!

  6. I am going to give it a shot. I love their granola bars, I can’t tell the difference between them and the quaker kind. Yummy.

Love love love the title, btw.

  7. For those of you wanting the granola recipe, go look here for a taste of my granola evangelism. Heh. Chris’ version varied from mine, but the concept is the same.

  8. The Caramel Delight Fiber One cereal is awesome! And, maybe a bit TMI, it doesn’t give me the terrible gas pains that their chewy granola bars do.

  9. I have the same thoughts on the name of the “Tunnel of Fudge Cake”. Chocolatey though it is, somehow I just don’t want it.

  10. thanks for this link, I had wanted to try this cereal.

Will fiber help me lose weight, you think?
