Courtney, I think the space after fallbag may be the culprit. I entered it as “FALLBAG” in all caps and it rejected it.

The coupon code worked for me, and my order went through, even though the page failed, I refreshed and it told me there was an error, but I got a confirmation email with an order number, so huzzah!
For what it’s worth, the free shipping code worked for me even though it told me that it had failed.
Also, if you spend $35, you get a free keychain with 3 lip balms. That was a nice surprise for me. 🙂
