Popchips are my favorite “junk food” to send in my kids’ lunchboxes. They think I caved and bought them real junk, but I know these chips are actually all-natural, low in fat, and free of icky stuff. (And because they’re all certified gluten-free, I can sneak some when I need a snacking fix, too.)
These are hot at my elementary school right now since they’ve become VERY strict about what food can be brought in for parties. No more cookies, no more cupcake and all snacks have to abide by a very rigid set up guidelines. Popchips does make the cut and has been… ur… popping up at all class parties more and more.

It’s been a tough adjustment for the kids and the parents, to be sure… The only one who CAN bring in sweets on her bday is my ‘baby’ since the preschool is private.
