Maybe it’s because we had pancakes for dinner (hey, they were my homemade multigrain/protein mix, don’t look at me like that), but I found myself looking at waffle irons on Amazon. Right now they have this West Bend rotary waffle maker for around $24, the lowest price I’ve ever seen it at. It’s also got an average review of 4.5 stars, so—unlike some other cheap irons—it looks like a pretty good unit.
Next Sunday: waffles!

We had cornbread waffles tonight with our blackbean chili. Cornbread waffles are worth buying a waffle iron for even if you make nothing else. Visit http://www.waffleizer.com/. This guy has some interesting waffle ideas
Well that sounds… completely AMAZING. Bookmarked, thank you!
My family loves brunch for dinner, so I make waffles a lot. Don’t judge me! 🙂 Thanks for the waffleizer link, Anne!
