Target one-day clothing deal

Target knows just how to woo me, man. I cannot quit that place. Today (Friday, October 21st) only, Target’s Daily Deals are—instead of four specific items on sale—simply a blanket discount on women’s clothing: Everything except clearance and Missoni is at least 20% off, and it all ships for free.

I can’t think of a time when Target’s done a discount/free shipping deal on an entire department, but they had me at “free shipping on everything,” personally.

Eat your Scrabble

Need some lunchbox snacks for your littles? Right now Amazon has 36 snack-packs of Scrabble Jr Cheez-Its available for just $11.49 shipped (when you purchase via Subscribe & Save). That works out to about $.32/pack.

Other Cheez-Its are on sale, too, but I am just utterly charmed by these because I’m a Scrabble nerd. Also because it makes me laugh to think of how my teen might be mocked in the lunch room if I pack these for her. Hee.

Because I love free shipping

Right now every order at Bare Necessities ships for free—any order, any size—with coupon code SHIPFREEOCT.

So if you just need one bra, or one sale item, or even a whole new wardrobe of underthings, it all ships for free.

I’d check the clearance section, personally.

Shiny pretty kitchen thingies

Ooooh, remember that One Kings Lane credit you signed up for? They have a kitchen boutique today with lots of little gadgets (hello, cookie scoop! Come to Mama!) that would be a perfect way to spend that.

Just a friendly suggestion.

Rock out your DS (stocking stuffer alert)

‘Tis the season! Well, it’s nearly the season, anyway. A quick perusal of discounted Nintendo DS games at Amazon turns up a bevy of music-themed options, perfect for popping into stockings. All of the following ship for free if you have Prime:
Guitar Hero On Tour: Decades for $4.49
Guitar Rock Tour for $5.53
Jam Sessions for $5.92
Ener-G Dance Squad for $5.99

Or if you’d rather cook than jam, maybe check out America’s Test Kitchen: Let’s Get Cooking for $5.75. I say that’s a small price to pay to get your kids in there and making you dinner.

Save at Disney, today only

Been hankering for something from the Disney Store? Today’s the day to buy—today only (Thursday, October 20th) (related: holy cow, where has this month gone?) you can take 25% off absolutely everything with coupon code THANKYOU25.

This can be combined with either code PARKSFREE for free shipping on any order containing official park merchandise or code SHIPTODAY for free shipping on your $75+ order.

My kids used to love the PJ Pals from Disney, and those are currently 2 for $20. Just bear in mind that those jammies tend to be best for skinny kids, and even then, I would recommend sizing up.

If you dig Sigg

Today’s Kids.Woot is a 2-pack of kiddie Sigg water bottles for just $15 shipped. (Have a whole bunch of kids, or want them for gifts? Shipping is just $5 for up to three pairs.)

I will try not to be bitter that once upon a time I thought I was getting a really good deal when I chucked all of our poisonous plastic and paid something like $15/bottle for ours. Hmph.

Mystery savings at Gap

Now through October 22nd, if you visit Gap online you’ll get a banner for an extra savings code to use on your order—up to 40% off!

I could give you the 40% off code *coughcoughGAPLOVEcoughcough*, but the way this one works is that you can only apply the code it gives you. So I would suggest seeing what you get and then maybe trying a different browser and/or clearing your cookies and trying again if you’re not happy with what it offers you the first time.

Of course, they’re totally on to me. First I got 35%, then 30%, then 25%. I have angered the Gap gods, clearly.

Another daily deal site? Yep.

Have you checked out One Kings Lane yet? Sign up now and you’ll get a $15 credit.

Check out the Chortex boutique that just went live a few minutes ago and you’ll see sets of washcloths available for $15; use your credit, pay the $5 shipping, and they’ll be on their way to you.

I keep thinking I’ll get tired of these sites, but oddly, I never do. Maybe it’s because they have so many pretty things. And I always need washcloths!

Stock up at Shopko

It appears that Shopko carries, well, just about everything. (I am new to Shopko. We don’t have ’em around here.) Anyway, they seem to have aforementioned everything with just about all of it on sale, as well, and they also still have plenty of Halloween costumes in stock if you’re in need of that sort of thing. (Not that I am. I prefer to start cursing and running around like a headless chicken on October 30th, myself.)

Right now, spend $50+ at Shopko and you can use coupon code ESPOOKY10 to take $10 off your total. Spend $75+ and your order ships for free, too.

I’m seeing some cute stuff in the clearance section, too. Just sayin’.
