Nearly half off Hannas

Just in time for the holidays, Hanna Andersson decided to bust out a big sale with up to 40% off some of their most popular items. If you, too, cannot resist the lure of Swedish cotton (so cute! so durable! so reminiscent of the smiling, chubby babies in their catalogs!), now would be a good time to go check out the markdowns—the cheaper stuff will go very quickly. Shipping is automatically free on $100+.

Someone please tell me when my daughter became too big/cool to wear the striped play dresses with reverse matching leggings? I’m pretty sure I blinked and that phase of life was over. Not fair.

Just as UGGly, I promise

Want a pair of UGG-like boots, but possible without the UGG-like price? I have two options for you, today.

First, Amazon is doing a one-day-only savings event on select Bearpaw boots and slippers for 40% off, with prices starting at around $25.

Second, one of the featured deals today at 6pm.com is up to 50% off EMU boots.

If I’m being perfectly honest, I have to admit that I no longer find this style of boot quite so ugly as I used to, but still, the regular prices are a bit hard to choke down. At 40% or 50% off, though, they start to look a little nicer. Magic!

Do you Yubo?

There’s getting to be so many daily deal sites I can barely keep up, but I have to tell you that I am positively loving today’s Sweet Deal at Mamapedia—pay just $15 for $30 worth of merchandise at Yubo. Yubo offers one of those fancy-schmancy modular lunchbox systems for your little one, and I’m not saying it’s not worth what they charge, because it probably is. (It’s adorable, first of all, and compact, and eco-friendly and yucky-chemical-free and kind to small animals.) I’m just saying I personally wouldn’t spend the full retail price, but for half the retail price, I’m willing to talk.

The fact that 5% of your purchase can be automatically donated to the school of your choice when you buy through Mamapedia is a nice little perk, too.

Savings on coats and boots, oh my

(Yeah, it doesn’t sound as good as “Lions and tigers and bears, oh my!” I know. Just try to go with it.)

Right now JC Penney is offering 60% off coats for the whole family, plus savings on boots and other cold-weather accessories, as well. Coupon code 4RELVES is still working for 20% off your order, so between the two, you could scoop up a really great deal.

We are heading north for the holidays this year, and given that it’s currently 29 degrees here in Georgia, I’m thinking it may be time for me to cave and buy a proper winter coat. Sigh.

Still glued to my desk thanks to Amazon

You do realize that the extended dance remix of the Amazon Lightning Deals is still going on, right? Tons of deals, all day long. Otherwise known as I Can Stop Any Time I Want To, I Just Don’t Want To, Stop Looking At Me Like That.

(Listen, someone has to keep UPS in business. It may as well be me.)

There are all kinds of deals to be had all day, of course, but a GPS unit with built-in traffic is coming up in just a few minutes. Just in case you’re looking for a deal on one of those.

Toy Mania at Disney

Oh, I know that—like Randi, who sent this in—you thought you were done shopping. Of course you were! But can you resist Toy Mania at The Disney Store? No, you probably cannot.

Every toy ships for free through December 8th with coupon code TOYMANIA. Plus you can stack coupon code DRVCDIR2 for another 15% off, too if your order comes up to $50+. Both of these are on top of plenty of already-slashed sale prices, so if you’re truly done holiday shopping, maybe this would be a good time to pick up a few more donation items, or to stock your gift closet.

Or both! (Hey, don’t blame me. Blame Randi.) (Thanks, Randi!) (Ow! Stop hitting me!)

Another St. Nick’s Pick, another discount

It’s another fine day to reap the savings at Lands’ End, my pretties!

Today’s St. Nick’s Pick is polarfleece for women, whether you go for a vest, funnelneck, crew, or half-zip style. Prices start at just $19.50, today only.

To make it even better, my link up there gives you free shipping on every order, automatically, or use coupon code WREATH25 with PIN 2123 for 25% off everything and free shipping on $50+.

I’m starting to feel like Willy Wonka with these Lands’ End deals. “Don’t. Stop. No.” (Half-hearted protests, is what I’m saying.)

Bundle and save, then leap for joy

If you’ve been thinking about a Leapster gift, prepare to be completely psyched. Right now LeapFrog is doing a huge bundle deal that’s going to save you big bucks.

Start by checking out the newly-marked-down Leapster2; it’s down to just $35, but you’re going to click the “Bundle and Save Now” option. From there, picking the console, three games, and an accessory will save you 15% on your purchase.

However, many games are down to just $8 apiece. Add the console, three cheap games, and an accessory to your cart as directed (the messenger bag will hold everything and is currently down to $18). After you’ve added that, go back and add three more cheap games, for a total of six.

Everything but your last three games will be an additional 15% off, automatically. Your last three games will be another 10% off, automatically. And now your total is over $75, which means they’ll automatically deduct $20, and you can further add coupon code 15EMAILQ3 for another 15% off!

You’ve got the Leapster2, six games, and a carrying bag all for under $60 shipped (shipping on $50+ is automatically free). Not bad.

Whoops, almost missed it

Hey, apparently there was a big weekend shebang happening at the Discovery Channel Store this weekend, and I nearly missed it. But they’re so helpful, they emailed me to say “Today is the last day!” and I was all, The last day of what?

I am not so swift, sometimes.

Anyway! You still have the rest of today to shop at Discovery and ship any size order for free with coupon code WEEKEND. What’s more, today all DVDs and Blu-rays are 20% off with that coupon, too.

20% off and free shipping? I’m glad I finally figured it out.
