And here’s another one

Didn’t find the clothes you—er, I mean, Mom—wanted using the previous deal? No worries! Because right now at the Coldwater Creek Outlet, everything is an additional 40% off (savings reflected in your cart, automatically).

As if that’s not enough, spend $100+ and you can stack those savings with coupon code WHP2648 for an additional $30 off your total.

I spy some possible gift closet items in the “home and gifts” section, too. Just sayin’.

Mom’s a snappy dresser

Still looking for that perfect Mother’s Day gift, or picking up a little something for yourself? (Hey, it’s allowed. Love thyself, and all that.) For the next few days you can shop women’s styles at Gap and take 20% off your entire order with coupon code GAPLUVSMOM. It works on already-discounted items, too, so there’s big savings to be had if you play it right.

Pick up something for your favorite mom, or just make sure you have something snazzy to wear to brunch this weekend. Or both! You’re just being resourceful.

The way to decorate

Okay, so my very favorite place to buy home furnishings—Home Decorator’s Collection Outlet—recently sent me an email to say that they would no longer be a separate site, they’d just be merging onto the main Home Decorator’s Collection site. And I was sad and mopey, because usually when that happens the discounts stop being as deep, and indicates that a company no longer wants to offer so many smoking deals.

But it turns out that I was (thankfully) wrong, because the new Outlet section at HomeDecorators.com has all of the same sorts of steals we’ve come to expect from them, plus through Thursday, May 6th, all items from the Outlet ship absolutely free.

Now, I don’t really need anything, but I’m just going to take a quick look around to 50%+ off section. You know, for you. Because I’m a giver like that.

Summer bribery

Have your kids gotten hooked on the 39 Clues series this year? Mine have. Like, to the point of hiding the books from each other so that they can read them first. Rotten children.

But as I start thinking about the end of school and some upcoming travel, I found myself poking around on Amazon… and lo and behold, not only do they have book 8 (The Emperor’s Code) available now for $7.79, they’ve got book 9 (Storm Warning) available on pre-order for the same price.

So, being the loving mother I am, I think I’ll go ahead and order those and break them out the first time things get a little rowdy at the campsite, later this month. Heh.

April showers bring May frizzies

Today’s Target Daily Deals include a nice deal on a CHI 1″ flat iron, which would be great for me if I actually cared about spending the time it takes to iron the Georgia humidity out of my hair. Ahem. (I actually have an iron I love, but I don’t use it very often. I prefer pretending that the Roseanne Rosannadanna look is totally in.)

Anyway, the iron is down to $75, or just $67ish if you use coupon code 2ROZVVHX for an extra 10% off. They have some other deals, too, but of course the lure of straight, shiny hair is really all I cared about….

I can finally gush

So I’ve done… what? Maybe three different Jawbone giveaways here on Want Not? But I finally got one of my own a couple of weeks ago. It’s amaaaaaaazing. Now I understand why it makes sense to have a Bluetooth headset, because now I have one that actually works and makes it easier for me to hear and easier for the person on the other end to hear me. Amazing!

So if you’re still in the market for one, you might want to check out the Jawbone ICON “The Thinker” Bluetooth that’s available today at Buy.com for just $61 shipped. It is totally and completely worth it.

I mean, you’ll still look like a crazy person who’s chatting with herself, but with great sound quality. Heh.

Dinner, now with flowers

For those of you still on the lookout for a deal on flowers, allow me to help you out!

First, go stock up on Restaurant.com dining certificates using 70% off coupon code MOM—which will net you $25 worth of dining for just $3 out-of-pocket—and I won’t tell Mom that you’re feeding her on the cheap (pinky swear). Next, using that code will also get you a bonus $15 code for ProFlowers which you can then use towards a pretty bouquet.

For just a $3 outlay, I’d say that’s a pretty smokin’ pair of deals, right there.

They had me at “bronze Boba Fett”

Star Wars and Lego devotees, prepare to geek out.

Today and tomorrow only, shop the Lego store and enjoy discounts on Star Wars sets, free stickers, free shipping on $75+, and a chance to win a solid bronze Boba Fett minifig.

Was that not geeky enough? How about this: There’s only two of those bronze minifigs in existence. So owning one would be like the gold medal of the Dork Olympics, I’m pretty sure.

Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Get More in June

Hopefully you’re already signed up for this quarter’s Get More promotion from Discover Card (extra bonus on home and fashion purchases), if you have one. But they’re doing a one-month mini-promo for June, too, and you can sign up this month. It’s an extra 5% back on (up to $200 worth of) restaurant purchases for the entire month of June, and I don’t know about you, but I’m not going to turn down free money.

Go sign up now, while you’re thinking of it. You’re welcome.
