I can’t help it—it’s been a really rough few months ’round here, and when I saw today’s Home.Woot offering of a Nordic Ware smiley face pancake pan, I may have chuckled a little. Oh to have my children small and easily amused, again. There was a time when smiley pancakes would’ve been enough.

I know that, theoretically, it seems like preparing for Spring should be easy this year, seeing as how we never actually had Winter. (I shouldn’t say that out loud.
