Cyber Monday continues?
As a general note, any store where you had trouble shopping yesterday (site down/slow) is probably extending their sale today, so that’s worth checking into if you feel like you missed something.
As a specific note, I know that Discovery Channel Store has extended their Cyber Monday sale through today, and I somehow missed mentioning it yesterday.
So here: Prices are up to 70% off on select merchandise, plus coupon code FLATSHIP will give you $1.99 shipping on any order. They have some very cool stuff in the way of toys and games, but also all of your favorite Discovery show merchandise. Every year I eye those Mythbusters bobbleheads and every year I talk myself out of them. But I think they’d look really sweet on my husband’s workbench in the garage. Just sayin’.
Cyber Monday? Cyberflirty!
You’ll need to be patient on this one—their site is moving very slowly, probably because of the sale—but today at Flirty Aprons you can save 40% and get free shipping with coupon code CYBERFLIRTY.
If you’ve never visited them before, they’re best known for their gorgeous women’s aprons (really, they’re almost too pretty to get messy!), but they have darling options for girls and men, too. Anyone who likes to cook would be charmed by a gift from here, I’m thinking.
(Of course, whether or not you include a card that says, “Now get back in the kitchen and bake me a pie!” is up to you and depends on how lucky you’re feeling.)
Cyber Monday at LOFT
Don’t forget a little something-something for you, while you’re busy buying for everyone else—absolutely everything is an extra 50% off today, plus it ships for free, over at Ann Taylor LOFT.
Just use coupon code SHOP50. It even takes another 50% off the stuff that’s already on sale, which is practically an engraved invitation to get yourself something pretty.
Another 24 hours of 6pm goodness
Did you happen to notice that 6pm.com is reprising their 24 deals at $24 each theme from Friday? They are! And just like last Friday, you can go back to the previous hours’ deals throughout the day, provided they haven’t sold out yet.
Personally, I’m digging the deal from hour 4—it’s 71% off an Ellington Amelia In-Flight Tote, and it comes in a rainbow of possible colors. This would make a fantastic diaper bag for someone who’d rather not have a diaper bag that screams “BABY!” Just sayin’.
XBox Kinect bundle still just $199
If you’re still searching for the elusive Kinect bundle deal, you can still grab one at $199 over at the Microsoft Store. They’re shipping for free, too.
Frankly, my money’s on a few more Lightning Deal chances, but if this is one of your “gotta have”s for the holiday season, you might want to go ahead and grab it.
Hot LEGO alert
This is a good example of a deal you might miss if you’re not paying close attention:
Right now Amazon has the LEGO Ramses Pyramid Game for just $10, compared to $25 most everywhere else. Now… many of the other LEGO games cost less than $10, plus this one doesn’t have the best reviews, so you might just pass it by… but that would be a mistake.
This game comes with a 32×32 baseplate—for comparison, here’s one approximately the same size on sale for $7. Plus it comes with 13 minifigs (those retail for about $3-$6 apiece) and over 200 pieces, besides.
Maybe this is a so-so deal if you’re looking to play the game, but as an add-on LEGO set it’s a smoking deal for the pieces alone.
A very Vera Cyber Monday
Thanks to alert and pretty reader Dawn for pointing out that Vera Bradley is doing their best to make Cyber Monday worth your while this year—they’re offering free shipping on your $75+ purchase, plus they’ve got a slew of their larger bags marked way down. $39.99 book bags, $49.99 duffels? And that’s before you even get into the Online Outlet.
Of course, last year I bought my teen her first Vera Bradley bag and I was so tickled with the price I paid, and how nicely everything comes packaged, and then… a month later she bought a different VB bag at the consignment store for $10 and uses that one all the time, instead. Not that I’m bitter. Much.
Cyber Monday at Mattel
It’s toy time over at Mattel Shop, and today’s the day to save and get free shipping.
There’s sales and doorbusters, and everything ships for free. Apply coupon code HOLIDAY20 for an extra 20% off, too.
My kids are past the age for most of these toys, sadly. But there’s some great deals to be had if Toy Story, Polly Pocket, and the like rock your kids’ world.
If you’re still looking for a flat iron…
… and you didn’t last week’s contest, today could be the day to score a deal.
The Solia flat iron I featured last week is currently just $79.99 including a free bonus heat-proof pouch, plus shipping is free. And today only, you can use coupon code NOV25 to take $25 off your $75+ purchase on anything at Folica, so the Solia would be just $55 shipped.
That’s a crazy good deal on a professional-quality flat iron.

Cyber Monday is Fab(.com)
The new boutiques are up right now at Fab.com, and there are some great deals today (and some awesome stocking stuffer possibilities). I believe the $10 credit for every $100 you spend deal is good through the end of today, too, so the more you shop, the more you get!
I’m a sucker for Fab.com. I may need a support group.
