Stock up on BabyLegs!

I don’t know how long this will last, but it looks like BabyLegs is doing a crazy special—order $75 worth and you can use coupon code FB75OFF75 to get 75% off your order! This brings the world’s most adorable (not to mention versatile) piece of baby apparel down to just $3/pair.

Put ’em on your kids legs, put ’em on their arms… give them as baby shower gifts (and prepare to be very popular)… just don’t miss this deal.

A downright transformative coupon

Have a kid who’s a Transformers freak? If you’re in a state where you’re eligible for Amazon coupons, check this out: They’ve got an available $5 off any Transformers: Dark of the Moon toy coupon, which—when combined with sale prices—means you could pick up one of these hot new toys for up to about 70% off.

You can only clip the coupon once per account, so if you want more than one toy, keep that in mind. (My husband is so used to me saying, “Uh, go to Amazon, clip this coupon, and buy this thing” now that he doesn’t even ask.)

Quite a nice little discount, especially before the real holiday sales even kick off.

A few TGIF deals

Goooood morning! We made it to Friday! Here, have some exclamation points! (I found them in my coffee!!) Ahem. Uh, I’m a little excited about this week being nearly over, yes, why do you ask?

I have a few meetings this morning, so I thought I’d throw out a few deals to keep you busy until I get back.

It looks like Amazon’s ending the month with a clothing clearance, and there’s some good deals to be had in there if you’re willing to do a little digging. If that’s not enough to sate you, Dillards has taken an additional 40% off their clearance prices, and you know that’s one of my favorite sales.

I’m thinking this has to be a price mistake, but if you go check out this Delonghi espresso maker, the price direct from Amazon (check the “more buying choices” column on the right) is just $54.95 shipped. This is a $200 machine; I might chance it and cross my fingers.

Tanga has one of my favorite t-shirts today: “Come to the Nerd Side. We have pi.” I desperately wish that one came in kids’ sizes.

The Online Outlet now has all items at just $30 at Vera Bradley, plus your $100+ order will ship for free, today only.

It’s Friends & Family time at LittleMissMatched, and that means that through the weekend you can use coupon code BFF11 for 25% off your entire order.

I’ll be back later… try to behave until then, okay?

Hunger Games Trilogy for under $5!

If you and your (older) kids haven’t yet read the awesomeness that is the Hunger Games books, please do. I’m begging you. I don’t know that I enjoyed a YA series this much since A Wrinkle in Time. And if you’ve already read them—because you’re just that pretty—you may still want to get in on this, because right now Amazon has the whole trilogy for Kindle for just $4.38.

That’s… crazy, really. So cheap for such a compelling series, and particularly good if you’re planning to check out the upcoming movie. I always make my kids read the book first, because I’m mean.

[Note: Remember that there are free Kindle apps, too, so no need to have a Kindle to take advantage of this deal! I have the app on my phone, my daughter has it on her Touch, and my son has it on the HP TouchPad.]

The more you spend, the more you save

It’s spend more, save more time at Children’s Place! This is perfect timing for those of you who had a child get up two inches taller this morning. (Those of you without kids, you think I’m joking, but that totally happens. It’s weird.)

Through October 2nd, use coupon code M3F2011 for 20% off all orders, code N3F2011 for 25% off your $50+ order, or code W3F2011 for 30% off your $60+ order.

Remember, shipping is a flat-rate $5 on all orders, or free once you reach $75+. And as fast as most kids grow, that’s a nice little perk. Now if I could just find a store (and sales) like this for my teenager….

So much Rue La goodness, I can’t decide

If you like feminine dressing with a structured flair, hie thee over to Rue La La today for their Ellen Tracy boutique. I have, um, more things in my cart than I’m willing to admit to, because the prices sure are right, and I love her stuff.

And just as misery loves company, retail therapy indecision does, as well. Ahem.

The Kindle family expands, drops prices

Unless you’re living under a rock (or without Internet, in which case… how did you get here, exactly?) you’ve already heard the news—Amazon announced that they’ll soon be releasing the Kindle Fire, sort of a Kindle/iPad lovechild. Certainly if you don’t have a tablet, for $199 the Fire is pretty appealing as a little-of-each device. (Note: They are accepting pre-orders for a November 15th release date, but the media is already projecting they may not be able to keep up with demand. Consider pre-ordering if you’re wanting one of these as a holiday gift.)

On the other hand, for those of us who’ve just been pining for a regular Kindle, the news gets even better—now the 6″ Kindles have dropped in price, and if you just want a great reader, they start at $79. Now, when the first came out with the Special Offers Kindle (a lower-price device that displays ads), I heard a lot of folks kind of pooh-pooh the notion, saying they’d rather pay a little bit more to avoid being spammed. But I have a couple of friends with this version and some of the coupons they’ve gotten have been incredible. I’m seriously considering the Special Offers version just because I want the deals.

And now, the $64,000 question: Will we see any Kindle deals during the pre-holiday Lightning Deals at Amazon? I think we will; the cheapest Kindles will for sure be offered at a special rate at least once before Christmas. But if you remember what happened last year, the Kindle deal went up and sold out almost immediately. Again, if you have your heart set on one, don’t count on a deal like that, because it’ll be hard to snag. (But, uh, if you end up with two Kindles, remember who your favorite deal blogger is. Heh.)

90% off at Restaurant.com, today only

Today only (that’s Thursday, September 29th, 2011, just in case all of your calendars flew the coop, or something), you can save 90% on dining certificates at Restaurant.com with coupon code WOW. That means you’ll pay just one measly dollar for $25 worth of dining out!

What could you do with a savings of $24? Hire a babysitter. Have another glass of really good wine. Buy yourself something pretty to wear on your date. Or just tuck it back into your bank account. The possibilities are endless, but the savings are just for today.

(As always: New restaurants are added all the time, so check again if you haven’t visited Restaurant.com in a while. Also, read the fine print before ordering—every restaurant sets their own terms for the certificates, and some have day-of-the-week or other redemption restrictions, so make sure you know what you’re getting before you buy. Even so, this is a great way to save on dining out. We use these all the time.)
