I’m sort of digging this Groupon deal today: Spend $20 to get $50 towards jewelry and accessories at Bijuju. I suspect I’m a little too old to wear much of what they sell there, but I also think that saving 60% may allow me to make my teen very happy without breaking my budget.

My family loves apples. It’s the one fruit we can all agree on, but there’s a few problems. First, the seasonal issue. Not only are apples currently something like $6/bag at my local store, they’re gross, because they’re either from last year’s crop or imported from who knows where. Second, I seem to have at least one child in braces at all times, and that means the apple has to be cut up, but a cut up apple in a lunch bag browns, and blah blah blah. (My life is hard, yo.)
