Whiten your smile, save your money
Just a quick preface to this, so that you don’t have to find out the hard way (like I did): If you have sensitive teeth, you probably don’t want to use any sort of home whitening kit. Ouch.
But! If you are in the market for such a thing, trot on over to Soap.com, where right now this Crest 2-Hour Express Whitening Kit and Rinse bundle is $55, but coupon code FBCREST3D will save you 50%. That takes it down to just $27.50, which means it also qualifies for free 2-day shipping.
For reference: The box of strips alone is $35 direct from Amazon.
Target savings, so simple!
If you love Target like I love Target… this one’s for you.
Yet another daily deal site has sprung up; meet DealPulp, where today they’re offering a $10 Target ecard for just $7. But if you’re new, sign up and you’ll get a $5 credit to be used instantly… making your $10 card just a cool $2 out-of-pocket. [Edited to add: It looks like folks are now not getting the $5 sign-up bonus, and no one seems to know why. Which stinks. Will keep you posted if I find out what’s going on.]
Go quick, before they sell out!
[Hat tip: Cuckoo for Coupon Deals. Thanks, Deidre!]
Stock up now, eat out cheap later
Assuming you live somewhere that hasn’t had you icebound for the last four days (not that I’m bitter, or anything…), you’ve probably been out and about and maybe even used up whatever Restaurant.com certificates you oh-so-smartly purchased before the holidays. Right? Right!
Not to worry, you can restock: Today you can use coupon code SPOON for 80% off your purchase, meaning that you can bag $25 worth of fine dining for just $2.
I may go buy a couple just to remind myself that someday I’ll be able to leave my house again. Hopefully.
Heads up, contact lens wearers
When my daughter begged to start wearing contact lenses I forgot about the part where she would forever be coming downstairs waving an empty bottle, demanding that I buy her more saline. Darn needy child. And of course the expensive part of it is the solution, not the lenses themselves.
I’m all over this: Amazon has a two-pack of Opti-Free Replenish value packs (that is, it’s a two-pack of two-packs—40 ounces of solution) for just $14. I usually pay $16 just for one two-pack, so this is more than half off what it normally costs me. This is the solution our optometrist recommends, and I don’t know if it’s any better than anything else, but my kid is kind of a delicate flower and likes it just fine.
And the best part is that I don’t even have to sell her into slavery to afford it, which is good because that could open up a whole O Henry-esque can of worms, y’know?
It’s a good time to Disney
Check it out: This week, absolutely every order at The Disney Store ships for free with coupon code FREESHIP. The timing couldn’t be better, too, because they’re having one of their twice-yearly clearance sales—items are up to 60% off.
If you’re a fan of their PJ Pals (I always was—they’re ideal pajamas for skinny kids, though do remember to order up a size), I see plenty of ’em marked down to just $7.99/pair. Lots of other stuff, too.
(It’d be wrong to buy the Eeyore sheets for my overly dramatic teen, right? Just checking.)
It’s Kohls Cash time!
Oh Kohls! I’ve missed you! (Not that they’ve been missing. Just, somehow, I seem not to have gotten my Kohls fix lately.)
The good news is that it’s Kohls Cash time ($10 to spend later, for every $50 you spend now). The better news is that due to a change in how I’m doing affiliate stuff, I no longer have to hide the good coupons from y’all. Ha! So here’s what you can use right now:
Everyone can use coupon code SWEEPS10 for 10% off any order, or SVNG15NJ for 15% off your $100+ order, plus free shipping.
Kohls card holders can use code LOVE2SAVE30 for 30% off any order and code LUVMVC for free shipping on any order.
Right now shipping is automatically free on $75+. And there’s a sale or twelve going on (shocking, I know). See why I’ve missed them?
I’m so there
Wednesday was getting me down, man. (Did I mention, the Snowpocalypse? School being out for the third day in a row? The children bickering? No? Consider it mentioned.) But then I discovered that Naturalizer is having a big clearance sale, with prices up to 70% off. And as you know, there’s little that gets me down that new shoes can’t fix.
Pick your additional savings: coupon code NATSAVINGS takes 15% off your entire order, or code ECU1012 takes $10 off your $10+ order (this latter code I think works only once per account). Shipping starts at $6.50, with $2 added for each additional item thereafter.
Wednesday just a whole lot better, am I right?

Shop at Naturalizer!
Through 9/30/11, use coupon code NAT2011 for 10% off your order (some exclusions apply).
Crunch, crunch
If your family loves Nature Valley granola bars, and if you can use 12 boxes of ’em (that’d be a bit much for my family of 4, but maybe not for you…), check it out: Amazon currently has 12-box packs of Oats ‘n Honey or Roasted Almond flavor bars available for just $18.94 apiece when you buy via Subscribe & Save.
There are also 6-box packs available, in more flavors, but this is definitely the best deal if you’re willing to purchase in large quantities.
Get your winter sale items
The last coupon code for Lands’ End was for 20% off sale items, but didn’t work on clearance items. If you grumbled and waited, today’s your lucky day—now they have a code for 25% off both sale and clearance items! Just use code JAN14 with PIN 7003 to save that additional 25%, plus get free shipping on your $50+ order.
Of course, if you ordered before but place another order now, who could blame you?
