What do you care if those boots are technically last year’s model? You probably don’t. Particularly if you can now get them for over half off.
Ongoing gifts for the kid with everything

My husband’s brother and his wife had their first baby this year. Hubby and I are thinking ahead to Christmas and we know it’s going to be a toy orgy. The parents can afford to get the kid whatever they want, and she is the first grandchild. Hubby and I want to do something different. For my sister’s kids, we adopt an Angel Tree kid or something similar. They love that idea and as they have gotten older have helped us pick out who to donate to. My brother is broke and they very much appreciate the clothes and books we give to their kids.
My in-laws are different. I don’t think they would appreciate the charity thing. And like I said, they don’t need us to buy clothes and books for their baby. We want to start a tradition. Hubby doesn’t like the idea of savings bonds, and that is the only thing I can come up with. I have thought of things like dance classes or paying for her sports, but that is a few years off, and what if she ends up not doing any of that. We want something we can start now and continue into infinity :). Any ideas?

I no longer have kids in diapers (thank goodness), so I can’t quite figure out of the current 30% off select diapers and wipes promotion at Amazon is still going on from the last time, or if this is a new one. I wasn’t really paying enough attention. It doesn’t matter, I guess, because either way, it adds up to big savings and free shipping.
15% comes off automatically, buying via Subscribe & Save takes off another 15% and ships it for free. Don’t forget to check your coupons, too—mine have a couple of Pampers coupons in there that will stack with this deal (thought each coupon is only good on one box).
It’s not clear to me how long this particular pricing is good for, but the Pampers coupons will only be available through August 28th, so get to shopping if that’s what you’re after.

Is it just me, or have there been a lot more codes for Children’s Place lately?
