Need a nursing bra?

I feel like the Target Daily Deals have been on a roll, recently. They’ve already sold out of their main deal today, but in addition to some really cute storage baskets (how awesome would those be in a little girl’s room, all pink and red and adorable?) they’ve got a soft-cup nursing bra available for just $7.49 apiece (less 10% with code URTYJLI8. I realize it’s been a long time since I was last in need of such a thing, but under $7 shipped for a nursing bra seems like a pretty good deal to me.

Then again, I am also fascinated by those giant metal tubes which hurtle through the sky like magic, so what do I know.

Oh Kohls, I wish I could quit you

The siren song of replenished Kohls clearance draws me back in, time and time again. I am powerless over it. Right now they’re offering $.99 shipping on every item, too, which is good news if you just want a couple of things.

So, here’s the available coupons right now, if you’re going to take a look: Everyone can use coupon code NEW6437 for 10% off , and if you have a Kohls credit card, you can use FEB15PYD for 15% off your purchase.

I’m just going to look for a minute. For the children, you understand.

Dish it out

Okay, so, on the one hand this is a great deal, and on the other it completely makes me giggle.

I got an email from Overstock.com letting me know that dish sets are currently 10% off their already-discounted price, and that’s all well and good if you need new dishes, particularly because shipping at Overstock is always just $3 no matter how much you buy.

But the kicker, for me, is that they go on to label each and every set as “Delivered by 2/13,” complete with a little heart.

Because nothing says “Baby, you light my fire on Valentine’s Day and every day” like… a new set of dishes.

Proof positive: Overstock is run by men.

And a cheap crib in a pear tree

(Oh, wait. The holidays are over, right? My bad.)

So there’s more baby-themed deals in today’s Target Daily Deals, including a convertible 4-in-1 crib that works as a crib, transitional toddler bed, and finally a headboard/footboard combo for a full-size bed. Today’s deal price is just $150 with free shipping, and coupon code URTYJLI8 knocks off another 10%, making it just $135 to your door. That’s a pretty swell deal.

Someone needs to bring an infant over here for my to sniff. All these baby deals are causing me to have withdrawal symptoms.

I’ll just be in the corner, drooling

Some people are on a diet. Some people can barely remember what cookies taste like. Some people are very grumpy.

Ahem.

Some other people know that the way to the heart is through the stomach, and some of those people are hoping to utilize that stomach/heart connection for an upcoming holiday that has something to do with love. And chocolate chips.

Those people might want to know that there’s a variety of Valentine’s Day choices at David’s Cookies, and for the entire month of February you can use coupon code VDAYLS to take 15% off your order.

Some people will just be bitterly eating baby carrots at their desk while you enjoy your cookies, though. Hmph.

Suck it up, baby

I remember when I was a new, neurotic mom and still believed that baby needed to have specific brands of various things, lest she somehow not have the perfect existence I had planned for her. (Ohhhhhhh hang on a sec. I have to stop laughing at myself. Okay, almost done.)

I tell you this by way of explanation that I don’t really know if the best-selling UK brand Tommee Tippee, which is now available at Babies ‘R’ Us, truly is any better/cooler/more natural than any other brand of cups and pacifiers and feeding tools, but I do know that right now they’re offering the line at buy 1, get one half off. And I also know that as a neurotic new mother I would’ve found the designs and patterns delightful.

All of which is to say that if you need a baby shower gift or two, it might be worth a look.

Time to stock the gift closet

Gift closet running a little low? No problem! Check out these bargain beauties, for your birthday party pleasure:

Right now Amazon has the Wizardology Code-Writing Kit, Egyptology Code-Writing Kit, and the Dragonology Code-Writing Kit all available for around $3.50 apiece and eligible for the 4-for-3 promotion. Pick up any combination of 4 of ’em and you’ll pay just about $2.60 apiece (eligible for free Super Saver Shipping or Prime), and I can attest that these kits will keep medium-smallish people busy for hours.

They will also end up all over the floor. But that’s a small price to pay for hours of entertainment, I suppose.

Fast meets cheap, Indian style

I know Amazon runs this deal a few times a year, but I get excited every time: Right now there’s a slew of eligible Kitchens of India foods where you can save 40% off the already marked-down price; use coupon code GREATFD2 for 25% off, and buy via Subscribe & Save for an additional 15% off and free shipping.

You know I’m a big proponent of cooking from scratch, but sometimes you have to cut corners. The Kitchens of India curry pastes are delicious, as are the couple of ready-to-eat meals of theirs I’ve tried. When they run this deal I’m more than happy to pick up a few “emergency staples.”

Besides, I don’t think you can put a price on a kid begging for lentils. (True story!)

Might as well face it. . .

… I’m addicted to 6pm.com.

I wasn’t going to look today. Really, I wasn’t. But then I clicked over just in case there was something good, and there’s a whole section of kids’ stuff in pink and red for Valentine’s Day… which, I know, hokey, right? But there’s cheap Polliwalks and darling sandals and some incredible deals on clothes and….

I’m willing to face my addiction. Just so long as I get to share it with all of you, first.

Coupon your way through 2010

Did you never get around to picking up a 2010 Entertainment Book, somehow? Each book is packed with coupons for food, movies, hotels, and more. Use just two or three of the hundreds available and the book pays for itself!

For the next week, all Entertainment books are 40% off. Prices vary by area, but chances are excellent that this is a great time to get an even better deal and put you on the path to big savings for the entire year. Just sayin’.
