The antidote to chilly mornings
If I ever bothered to wear make-up, I’d probably be interested in the Sonia Kashuk brush set in today’s Target Daily Deals, but because I rarely do, I’ll leave those to you. A vote for me is more pretty for you
Friends, Romans, fellow penny-pinchers: Want Not was started as a labor of love, and I’m really lucky that it has evolved into something more than that. But at its core, this is something I do because I love it. Because I love you. Because I love pretty shoes, and everyone should be able to afford them.
Savings.com is hosting a small conference for what they’re calling “DealPros” in November. The catch is that you have to be invited, and that happens if enough people vote for you. I am currently in second place amongst other community vote leaders, and this morning I did a little experiment by putting this link on the Want Not Facebook fan page to see how many votes I could get just through that. I have a real weakness for snack food. In fact (much to my kids’ chagrin), I don’t keep much of it in the house, because I am a weak, weak woman. Alas.
What I do buy, I like to be relatively healthy. But I’m not ready to give up chips, not entirely.
