This has been One Of Those Weeks. And that’s all I’m gonna say about that, because I have some Amazon Friday Saleing to do. (Why yes, saleing is totally a word. Because I said so.)

It’s good for what ails ya
Although I love coffee (oh, how I love coffee), I also have a little love affair going on with tea. I feel much more virtuous, drinking tea, and also it occasionally causes me to put my pinky in the air while I do so.
That may have been more information than you wanted.

February just got longer
Oh, I know it’s a leap year, but now February can be even longer—because you can get free shipping on your $100+ order at Sierra Trading Post for the entire month of February. (It’s automatic if you go through that there link.) At least, that’s what I read, first. Then in the fine print I saw that this promotion is good through March 5th, 2008. So, apparently we’re getting five extra shopping days in February, this year.

Accessorize Me

I’m having a wardrobe crisis. I hate everything I have, but I don’t want to buy anything new because I’m hoping to be a different size before I spend a lot on new clothes. So I’m thinking that updating my nonexistent accessories collection might be the way to go as far as making me feel a little less haphazard about my look. Do you have any tips on finding thrifty accessories to quickly update a tired (ill-fitting, ugly, wrinkled, boring) wardrobe?
The first thing I’m going to do is refer Courtney (and anyone else who’s stuck in a self-imposed can’t-buy-til-I’m-smaller purgatory) to this excellent post by Susan Wagner, because you shouldn’t just wear stuff that doesn’t fit you until some self-imposed deadline. It sounds like you do need some new clothes. And you’re allowed. I promise.
