I love my solar-powered LED lights; I’m far too lazy and cheap to turn on something as superfluous as walkway lights in the evenings, but if it 1) turns on automatically and 2) runs for free, count me in.

We love Scholastic, oh yes we do
Once upon a time I was single-handedly keeping Scholastic in business with my book purchases. Ahem. I mean, sure, save money, but deny my children books? Never! And then I wised up and got Scholastic to hire me, and now they send me books for free. This is known as Nerd Nirvana.

Two things in this world seem to always cost way more than they should: Lighting and faucets. (Seriously, are there tiny unicorns in those faucets?) If you’re looking for a light fixture, though, you might want to check out the lighting clearance at Graveyard Mall.
